It is claimed a device for automatic limitation of the passing, monitoring and control of the flow of vehicle traffic, comprising of one entrance lifting gate and one exit lifting gate, the contact devices of information readout, the exit lifting gate being located from the side of entrance in front of the entrance lifting gate in such a manner that a loose end of its lift arm overlaps partially a loose end of the lift arm of the entrance lifting gate, an entrance contact device of information readout is rigidly fixed in the butt of the loose end of the lift arm of the exit lifting gate, and an exit contact device of information readout is rigidly fixed in the butt of the lift arm of the exit lifting gate.
