The insulating element has a third side opposite the first side. The ambient temperature on the third side is higher than on the other side. The heat-conducting device has a flat end and a contact part tightly mounted on the heat-dissipating part. A light emitting diode is placed on the flat end of a heat-conducting device. Semiconductor light-emitting module according to this invention, used for the headlights of a car, has the properties of maintaining electricity and long service life, and the heat dissipating part can be embedded in the casing of the car, and is artistic and practical.
