SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a structure for forming a central island of a circular node, which is formed in annular form by matching prefabricated building blocks. The essence of the structure is that it is formed as an annular baffle (1), the building elements (7) of which are placed directly or indirectly on the existing pavement; releasable to each other, and are connected to each other by means of relative movement allowing relative movement; and on the outside of the deflector wall (1) there are a plurality of deflecting surfaces (2, 3, 4) for outward rolling of the vehicle wheel which is raised therein.
