a "city or highway switch (2)" connected to a lead of the "high / low beam dipper switch (6)", the "city or highway switch (2)"being operable to place the device in one of actived and deactivated stage depending upon the manual placement of ths "high / low beam dipper switch (6)"respectively in a high beam mods and a low beam mode; atleast two optical sensors (1, 7) one each being disposed at the front and the rear portion of the vehicle, the front optical sensor (1) being electrically connected to the "city or highway switch (2)"at one end and, and to a pulse / wave generator (3) at the other end, the rear optical sensor (7) connected to a common point in the electrical circuit adjoining the first optical sensor (1) and the pulse / wave generator (3); atleast two amplifiers (4, 9), a first amplifier (4) of the atleast two amplifiers connected at one end with the pulse / wave generator (3), a second amplifier (9) connected to the rear optical sensor (7); and atleast two relay switches (5, 10), a first relay switch (5) electrically connected at one end to the first amplifier (4) and at the other end to the "high / low beam dipper switch", a second relay (10) connected at one end to the second amplifier (9) and at the other end to the not to overtake / stay left signal switch (8).
