The invention pertains to the machines for fiber-hemp harvesting, particularly to the machines providing clean stalks for further processing and separation of fibers from the core. The fiber-hemp harvesting machine in accordance to this invention comprises the following distinct phases of operation: engaging the machine to a tractor with required fitments, providing a power to operate and tow the machine; cutting the leafy fiber-hemp tops at ground level, down to required stalk length from ground; gathering the cut stalks with spreaded out arms leading to rotating belt fitted with loops to the point, at which the stalks are cut near ground level; forwarding of the fiber stalks via rotating belt to a discharging point, where the fiber stalks are released from the rotating belt to a transport vehicle for dispatching. Fig.1 shows the layout of the preferred component arrangement according to this invention, fig.2 shows the side elevation of the component arrangement, fig.3 shows the opposite elevation of the component arrangement shown in fig.2. Figures 4 and 5 show the preferred detail of the chain - belt arrangement to the spreaded out arms.
