This invention belongs to the field of medicine - patho-histology and any other medicine field - gynecology, urology, neurosurgery, and relates to method for determination of quantitative volume of malignant tumors processes in any mealy tissues, which are obtained by operations, electro-coagulations, vacuum extractions, ciretazes, aspirations, and needle biopsy (puncture biopsy) and by other type manipulations. Object matter of this invention is to create a method for determination of quantitative volume of malignant tumor processes in any type of mealy tissue material - intraepithelial neoplasia PIN, HGPIN, cancer, atipia, in case of malignant tumors which will give a chance to choose a medical treatment and to prognoses a process development. The intention is achieved by establishing the weight of native tissues, where obtained weight is divided with 10, and after that 1/10 part is divided with 10 again, and it is 1/100 part from all weight of native tissues. 10 pieces of 1/100 of cut tissues bits are placed on micro anatomical glass slide, all of those 10 cuts make one unit of investigative part, which contains definite informative fields where microscopically is determined malignant tumors quantitative volume in native tissues material by a formula: K= 100*X/10, where X - number of informative fields having indications of malignant tumors on glass slide, and K is malignant quantitative native tissue damage in %.
