The device has a frame with a pair of suspensions in a vertical position, where the frame has maximum width equal to internal width of a corresponding duvet cover or pillow. The maximum width of the frame is determined according to the tension in a duvet or pillow. Two transient-hanging units are provided in a width direction of the suspensions, where the transient-hanging units are formed opposite to each other and cooperate with the corresponding dimensions of the duvet or pillow. An independent claim is also included for a method for making a duvet or pillow.
