A rotation damper (17) is mounted between the actuator bar (3) for locking/unlocking the stand (1) and the support profile (2) for the spectacle frames (20). The frames rest on supports (4) which protrude from a support profile that houses an actuator bar. Locking arms (5) extending through the profile can be moved by the actuator bar between a first position in which they combine with the supports and profile to form an enclosed space, and a second position in which gaps (15) are left between the supports and the free ends (16) of these arms. The frames can only be removed from the stand when the arms are in the second position.
