The invention relates to compounds having general formula (I), wherein: R1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a cycloalkylalkyl group, a phenylalkyl group, an alkenyl group, or an alkynyl group; R2 represents an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, or a cycloalkylalkyl group; X represents a hydrogen atom or one or more halogen atoms and/or trifluoromethyl, alkyl or alkoxy groups; R3 represents a hydrogen atom, or one or more halogen atoms and/or trifluoromethyl, alkyl cycloalkyl, alkoxy, phenyl, cyano, acetyl, benzoyl, thioalkyl, alkylsulfonyl, carboxy or alkoxycarbonyl groups, or a group having formula NR4R5 or SO2NR4R5 or CONR4R5 in which R4 and R5 each represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or cycloalkyl group or NR4R5 represents a pyrrolidine, piperidine or morpholine ring. The invention also relates to the use of said compounds in therapeutics.
