The invention deals with a traffic control system for enhancing ecological and traffic safety by way of the GPS satellite system (1) which via a Navigator (2), a saving device (3), an audio device (4) and a collector of advice (5) enables that the Navigator (2) detects the number of rotations of the engine shaft and by being linked to the vehicle speed and the saving device (3) suggests the driver the speed at which he should operate the vehicle in order to minimize its fuel consumption and thus generate less pollution of the environment. The satellite system (1) and the Navigator (2) draw the attention of the driver to the excessive speed with the help of an audio device (4). If the speed is not reduced a light emitting device (7) and the audio device (10) are turned on. If the driver despite the warnings does not reduce his speed the power of the engine is reduced (9) then Police (6). The satellite system (1) and the Navigator (2) immediately detect driving in the wrong direction on a motorway activate the warnings (4) and the complete link to the Police (6) which solves the resulting situation.
