METHOD FOR PROGNOSTICATION OF TREATMENT EFFICIENCY OF PATIENTS WITH A CHRONIC PYELONEPHRITIS

A method for prognostication of treatment efficiency of patients with a chronic pyelonephritis, which is based on the assessment of the patients general state, his age and sex, temperature reaction, degree of pain syndrome in a lumbar area, changes of blood (leukocytosis, SHOE) and urine (proteinuria, leukocyturia, bacturia), at that the markers of endogenous intoxication syndrome (number-average molecular weight peptids on a wave-length of 254 and 280 nm in urine and on a wave-length of 280 nm in erythrocytes, an erythrocytic index of endogenous intoxication), serum content of common T-lymphocytes and suppressor T-lymphocyte, O-cells, M and G immunoproteins are additionally determined.
