A method for the early diagnosis of the acute hepatic failure in patients with the acute hepatitis B comprises the assaying of the time of the beginning of blood coagulation by electrocoagulography. The first signal with the reduced amplitude in electrocoagulogram since the beginning of the examination is recorded for diagnosing the development of the acute hepatic failure.
