PROCESS OF EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF GYPOPOLYDYNAMIC THERAPY AT SYNDROME OF INSULIN RESISTANCE

Process of evaluation of effectiveness of hypolypidemic therapy at syndrome of insulin resistance (IR) includes implementation of bio-chemical investigation of plasma of venous blood on empty stomach. Before and after prescription of hypolipidemic therapy one evaluates level of intensity of metabolic dislipidemia (DLP), that for one determines value of ratio of triglicerides (TG) and cholesterol of high density lypoproteides (HS LPVS) with determination of value of ratio of triglicerides (TG) and cholesterol of high-density lypoproteides HS LPNS and HS LPVS, this characterizes excess of cholesterol entrance to vessel wall over its flow out and level of atherosclerosis vessel affection. Effect of hypolipidemic therapy on patophysiological links of metabolic DLP associated with condition of IR is considered to be effective if at the end of the course of treatment value of ratio TG/HS LPVS decreases not less that by 50%, and value of ratio HS LPNS / HS LPVS decreases not less than by 25 % compared to initial values.
