A process for preparation of table semi-sweet red wine comprises the grinding of grapes with stemming, sulfitation of fiber, “dry” fermentation of wort on the seeds and skins, separation of wine material from the fiber, blending, sulfitation, clarification, filtration, pasteurization, treatment of blend by fining liquids till achieving of bottling-resistant state.
