METHOD FOR EXTRACTION OF UPPER JAW MOLAR ROOTS PRIOR TO SUBSEQUENT DENTAL IMPLANTATION

摘要

A method for extraction of upper jaw molar roots prior to subsequent dental implantation comprises the fragmentation of tooth root with a diamond instrument, extraction of teeth roots by working part of direct elevator by the introduction into the periodontal fissure, extraction of root fragment by thin bayonet tongs. The upper jaw molar root is fragmented in a vertical plane. The part of roots, which is remained, is fragmented by 1-2 vertical sections within the limits of tooth and divided with a direct elevator for mobility.
