METHOD FOR ASSESSING VARIABILITY OF HEART RHYTHM IN ADOLESCENTS

A method for assessing the variability of the heart rhythm comprises measuring the spectral parameters in various positions of the patient. In adolescents, the variability of the heart rhythm is assessed in orthostatic test. LF/HF ratio is calculated. When LF/HF ratio is within 1.9-3.7, the heart rhythm is normal; when LF/HF ratio is within 0.1-1.9, the heart rhythm is increased; when LF/HF ratio equals 3.7 and more, the heart rhythm is decreased.
