A technique for the laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the calculous cholecystitis comprises the longitudinal cut in the bottom of the gall bladder, in length, the removal of the concrements, the complete opening of the gall bladder towards the duct, clipping and cutting of the duct and the artery. Finally, the gall bladder is resected.
