METHOD FOR MAKING BLENDS ON BASE OF VARIETAL APPLE JUICES

A method for making blends on the basis of varietal apple juices includes preparing the juices for blending, separating the sediment, mixing the components, pasteurizing. Apple juice is used as the base. The method allows using varietal special features of apple fruit while making the juice and blending with juices of other fruit.
