METHOD FOR PROGNOSTICATION OF FATAL OUTCOME OF LEFT VENTRICULAR MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION OF BACK LOCALIZATION

The invention relates to medicine and regards a method for prognostication of fatal outcome of left ventricular myocardial infarction of back localization, which provides the performing of biochemical and clinical blood test, and performing of ECG-diagnostic, at that the indexes of blood coagulation and systems - fibrinogen, prothrombin, recalcification time are obtained, and at a biochemical blood test the alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), urea, unconjugated and conjugated bilirubin are selected, and at a clinical blood test the erythrocyte, leucocytes, segmented and stab neutrophiles, lymphocytes, monocytes and hemoglobin are determined. The indexes of F1 and F2, which characterize the state of patient, are calculated using the obtained data and the formulas of discriminant analysis and compared with each other, and if the F2F1 the high probability of patient survivability is prognosticated, and if the F1F2 the fatal outcome is prognosticated.
