The invention relates to method for spectrophotometer determination of general content of primary amines that is in fact that one extracts primary amines from solutions or solid samples with rectification with water vapor or thermo-concentration, after that in mixes of aprotonic organic solvents with water primary amines obtained, with dinitrated 4- nitroaniline, are transformed to nitro-derivatives, at that at implementation of reaction at pH 5,5-8,5 and at usual conditions nitro-derivatives of initial amines are irrespectively of nature of organic radical transformed to 1, 3-bis-(4-nitrophenyl)-triazen, after that one performs its spectro-photometric determination by results of which one determines general content of primary amines. In particular determination of performed with adding to triazen obtained alkaline solution up to pH higher than 12 with measurement of its light absorption on spectrophotometer at wavelength 532-537 nm and with following calculations.
