Wheelhouse with network grounding, comprising a body (1) and a cover (2), intended to house electrical switchgear both high and low voltage, the booth (3) comprising a network of ground, characterized because the network grounding comprising: a platform (4, 4 '') nonconductive, configured for disposition on the ground outside the house (3), so that a part of the platform (4, 4 '') is located around the body (1), and a conductive (6) mesh, connected to all metal parts nonenergized of the shed (3) and the electrical apparatus contained in said booth ( 3), the conductor (6) mesh grounded, and that said platform (4, 4 '') is configured to prevent breakage of the conductive mesh (6). 2. Stand with network earthing according to claim 1, wherein the platform (4, 4 '') comprises at least one part (5, 5 '') prefabricated, and because the conductive mesh (6) is embedded inside said part (5, 5 ''). 3. Stand with grounding network according to claim 2, characterized in that the part (5, 5 '') is concrete. 4. Stand with earthing network according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the platform (4, 4 '') comprises at least one connecting element (7) connected to the conductive mesh (6), being part the said connection element (7) accessible from outside of the platform (4, 40 ''). 5. Stand with grounding network according to claim 4, characterized in that the earthing network comprises at least one pica (9) grounding configured for electrical connection with said connecting element (7). 6. Stand with grounding network according to claim 5, characterized in that the electrical connection between electrode (9) and said connecting element (7) is effected through a cable (10). 7. Stand with network earthing according to claim 4, characterized in that the platform (4, 4 '') comprises at least two parts (5, 5 ''), and because the network grounding comprises means (8) configured for electrical and mechanical connection between at least two connecting elements (7) corresponding to the two pieces (5, 5 ''). 8. Stand with earthing network according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the platform (4, 4 '') comprises at least one protrusion (11) configured to establish a space between the ground and the platform (4 , 4 ''), to permit passage of at least one tube (12). 9. Stand with earthing network according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the platform (4, 4 '') comprises at least one well (13) configured to allow access to said at least one tube (12 ). 10. Stand with earthing network according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the platform (4, 4 '') comprises a surface finish of manufacturing tiles or pavers. 11. Stand with earthing network according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the platform (4, 4 '') comprises lifting means (14). 12. Stand with earthing network according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the platform (4 '') is configured to support the stand (3). 13. Stand with earthing network according to any of claims 1 to 11, wherein the platform (4) is configured to establish a perimeter element around the edge of the shed (3). 14. Stand with earthing network according to claim 13, wherein the platform (4) is configured to establish a perimeter curb permitting passage of people and vehicles when partially buried or on the ground surface. 15. Stand with earthing network according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the stand (3) is intended to house a transformer power operation from the outside.
