A tubular prosthesis (10) comprising: - a member (12) tubular, and - an outer cover (14) sealed to portions of said member (12) tubular, a cavity (16) defined between said tubular member and said outer cover to accommodate a predetermined filling agent, said impermeable outer cover said predetermined agent, characterized in that said cover (14) is permeable to an external therapeutic agent disposed in said cavity (16).
