Device for measuring body impedance, comprising: means for injecting a test current through a first set of electrodes on the patient's body, comprising at least one oscillator (10) and at least one converter (11) voltage to current; means for reading voltage variations between two electrodes belonging to a second set of electrodes comprising a demodulator, at least one filter (14), at least one amplifier (15) differential with two outputs of opposite phase and at least one filter (18) lowpass; wherein said at least one oscillator is an oscillator (10) of sine wave and that said demodulator is a coherent demodulator further comprising at least one comparator (16) and at least one switch (17).
