PROCESS AND SYSTEM FOR THE MATERIAL REDUCTION OF COUNTERFEIT AND IDENTITY MAKER FRAUD

A method, system and product for the material reduction of counterfeit and identity/maker fraud as it relates to payment vehicles and other authentication-requring documents. The authentication system allows an institution to apply a code comprising relevant element of an end-user to an authentication-requiring documents at the ponit of presentment. As illustrated in Figure 1, the system creates/updates accounts with gathered customer data (106), gathers and uploads relevant elements to institution's imaging and data collection system (108), exports image and other releveant elements data to SES program (110), and stores the SIDC in Institution repository (112).
