METHOD FOR ANALYZING RISKS IN A TECHNICAL PROJECT

The invention relates to a method for analyzing risks in a technical project for developing or producing a technical system or a technical process. According to the invention, a component structure is provided, based on which the risks of the individual components in the technical system are evaluated. A qualitative significance of the risks and a quantitative evaluation of the risks for the individual components are determined. Furthermore, an evaluation quality is recorded and a risk priority number is determined for the respective partial component, wherein the risk priority number is bigger, the bigger the risk probability and/or the significance of the risk, and wherein the risk priority number is smaller, the higher the evaluation quality. According to the method of the invention, due to the use of a predetermined component structure, a quick evaluation of the risk, for example within workshops with persons participating in the project, is obtained. Furthermore, by using a risk priority number taking in consideration the evaluation quality, a possibility is created to specially mark evaluations having a low evaluation rate that are based on a poor knowledge base.
