The article deals with the theoretical aspects of the analysis methods of ricks used by Soybean Processor's Association ASSOY, the leader of development of the home complex system of production and processing of such strategic crop as soybeans, in its investment activities. Much attention is paid to the following methods: correction of the discount norm, reliable equivalents, analysis of sensitiveness of criterial of efficacy and scripts.
