A pressure detector (15) for the cylinder head (1) of an internal-combustion engine, which has at least one exhaust-gas outlet duct (4,5) and a plurality of cooling chambers (2) forming part of a cooling circuit of the engine; the pressure detector (15) is provided with a transducer (32) and with a probe (16) which is extended along an axis (A), and has a first tubular end portion (20) adapted to communicate with the outlet duct (5), and an opposite second end portion (21) defining a measuring chamber (26) accommodating the transducer (32) and adapted to extend into a zone cooled by the cooling chambers (2); the probe (16) delimits a passage (24,25) between the outlet duct (5) and the measuring chamber (26).
