Food compliment comprises: (a) a mixture of antioxidants and energizers comprising vitamin C and E, co-enzyme Q10 and/or vitamins B2, B5, B6, B9, B12, zinc salts/complexes, glutathione or lactoferrin, superoxide dismutase, selenium and unsaturated fats; (b) a mixture of energizers comprising carnitine and/or products capable of endogenous synthesis of carnitine, and magnesium.
