Disclosed are an organic piezoelectric material for the formation of an organic piezoelectric film having excellent piezoelectric properties, and a process for producing the organic piezoelectric material. Also disclosed are an ultrasonic vibrator and an ultrasonic probe using an organic piezoelectric film formed using the organic piezoelectric material. The organic piezoelectric material is characterized in that the organic piezoelectric material has been produced using a macromonomer containing a urea bond or a thiourea bond and having a molecular weight of 400 to 10,000 as a starting material.
