A traffic light state indication system is provided, and includes: one or more traffic signal emitters, for encoding the traffic signal, and transmitting the encoded traffic signal to a traffic signal receiver on the remote location by wireless according to a wireless communication protocol; and the traffic signal receiver, for receiving and decoding the encoded traffic signal from the traffic signal emitter, and displaying the traffic light state on a screen according to the decoded traffic signal.
