The purpose of this Interface Control Document (ICD) is to define the functional characteristics required to exist to ensure compatibility between Gretna and Governor Nicholls Light facilities and the Vessel Traffic Center (VTC) at New Orleans, Louisiana. This system interface diagram consists of six interfaces.
