An air-conditioning refrigerating circuit (10) and a Rankine refrigerating circuit (20) have a section, over which heat is exchanged between a third medium and the air-conditioning refrigerating circuit along with the Rankine refrigerating circuit. In this section, refrigerants flow from both these circuits in the same parallel direction and adjacent to each other.
