The invention relates to a set of products obtained by sifting and grinding flakes or grits of oat or oat and flax (f) or cereal food(s) of type (A) such as wheat, rice, maize, flax, millet, sorghum, soybeans, rye, triticale, Forge, taf, wild rice, spelt, buckwheat, T pigweed, quinoa, canihua, cockscomb or combinations thereof or other food particles and additives with natural or artificial flavours (n) such as: cinnamon and spice, maple and brown sugar, wild fruits, peaches and cream, apple and cinnamon, raisin and brown sugar, or natural or artificial sweet-flavoured additives such as: brown sugar, sugar, maple sugar, dehydrated honey, in order to produce thick, semi-liquid and liquid food products, and by liquefaction in order to produce very liquid and super-liquid food products that can be drunk such as coffee, wherein it was proven that the method for sifting and liquefying cereal particles can be applied in a relative manner to any other group of food particles, provided that the particle groups include particles having a size ranging from small to large, small to medium, or others, with approximately 2 % of floury particles.
