Method for manufacturing a micro-dialysis catheter and micro-dialysis catheter manufactured accordingly

The method involves providing a tube-shaped carrier (1) which contains a fluid conductor (5) for supplying perfusion liquid and for conducting a dialysate. An opening (3) which is in fluid connection with the conductor is provided in a region (11) of the conductor, where the region is provided for implantation. The carrier is coated with a non-porous coat (13) i.e. polymer solution, that is permeable to an analyte by diffusion. The region is partly covered by the coat from outside and is adhesively connected with the carrier, and the opening is spanned. An independent claim is also included for a microdialysis catheter comprising a conductor.
