Tubing spaces (42) for airflow are formed between these tubes (14), wherein the coolant boxes (10, 12), together with these flow tubes (14) that connect these coolant boxes (10, 12), are arranged so that an airflow can be formed in the tubing spaces (42) in a first section of the tube or tubing rib block (66) and, conversely, at the same time, an airflow can be formed in the tubing spaces (42) in a second section of this tube or tubing rib block (66), in both sections respectively, according to the operative counter-current heat exchange principle.
