An implantable microphone and an implantable hearing aid in the middle ear including the same increase sensitivity of a sound signal of a high frequency band by controlling a resonant frequency of a membrane. A housing includes an opening which is formed in a part of an upper side to have a predetermined volume(110). A membrane(130) is installed in order to cover the top part of the housing including the region in which the opening is formed, and vibrates with the external sound signal. An ECM(Electret Condenser Microphone)(120) is mounted inside the opening, receives the external sound signal according to the vibration of the membrane, converts the received sound signal into the electrical signal, and outputs the converted signal. A first silicon coating layer(140) is formed on one side of the membrane to control the resonant frequency within a preset range. A second silicon coating layer(180) is formed on exposed overall surfaces of the housing to absorb the vibration transmitted from the vibrator implanted in the middle ear of the human body. When the thickness of the first silicon coating layer is increased, the resonant frequency of the membrane is decreased. When the thickness of the first silicon coating layer is decreased, the resonant frequency of the membrane is increased.
