A METHOD FOR PREPARING CHITOSANOLIGOSACCHARIDE USING IRRADIATION OR RADICAL SCAVENGERS

A manufacturing method of chitosan oligosaccharide is provided to obtain chitosan oligosaccharide with low cost and high yield by using the irradiation or radical scavenger for the decomposition of chitosan. A manufacturing method of chitosan oligosaccharide with low cost and high yield is a method for adding chitosanase to chitin or chitosan solution to manufacture the chitosan oligosaccharide by the enzyme reaction. The manufacturing method of chitosan oligosaccharide comprises a method for irradiation to chitin or chitosan solution or a method for injecting the gas acting as the radical scavenger or both of them as an enzyme reaction preprocess.
