MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR SNOW-REMOVAL AGENT OF LIQUID-TYPE INCLUDING ORGANIC ACID, SNOW-REMOVAL AGENT THEREBY, AND TEST METHOD THEREOF

An organic acid-containing liquid deicing material is provided to produce an organic acid by introducing the organic sludge in waste water in a fermentor, thereby concentrating and manufacturing the organic acid solution. An organic acid-containing liquid deicing material comprises (a) a step for introducing the organic sludge of waste water from a sludge reservoir(1) to a fermentor(3); (b) a step for fermenting the organic compound of the organic sludge tp an organic acid with the microorganism within a fermentor; (c) a step for separating fermentation liquid of the inside of the fermentor; (d) a step for concentrating the organic acid solution; (e) a step for storing the concentrated organic acid solution; and (f) a step for adding the pH adjusting agent in the concentrated organic acid solution. The pH adjusting agent is the potassium hydroxide(KOH) of purity 80 - 100 %.
