PURPOSE: An organic/inorganic hybrid anti-corrosive coating agent is provided to obtain excellent properties including corrosion resistance, chemicals resistance, and mechanical strength only through a single coating process and to be used as an anticorrosive agent of a disc, a bolt, and a screw of a vehicle due to a simple coating process.;CONSTITUTION: An organic/inorganic hybrid anti-corrosive coating agent includes metal flake, a sol-gel resin, a polyurethane prepolymer having NCO% of 2.5-3.1 and a weight molecular weight of 70,000-100,000, and a solvent. The metal of the metal flake is zinc and has a longitudinal axis length of 5-10 microns. The method for manufacturing the organic/inorganic hybrid anti-corrosive coating agent comprises a first step of mixing the solvent, the metal flake, and the sol-gel resin and a second step of mixing the polyurethane prepolymer with the mixture of the first step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
