THE SAMPLE PREPARATION METHOD FOR IR SPECTRUM ANALYSIS

A sample preparation method for IR spectrum analysis is provided to reduce analysis errors and to improve analysis accuracy for the material development by overcoming problems of the interpretation of the IR spectrum caused by coagulating the polymer broken by heat with additives. A sample preparation method for IR spectrum analysis comprises a step for administering the rubber material to a grinding device; a step for cooling a container to -196 ~ -100 ‹C by using liquid nitrogen; a step for pulverizing rubber material; a step for mixing the pulverized rubber material and potassium bromide in a weight ratio of 1 : 80 ~ 120; a step for pressurizing the mixture to 4000 ~ 10000 kgf /cm^2 after mixing; and a step for removing moisture at 90 ~ 110 ‹C for 3 ~ 5 hours.
