A strong anchor is provided to punch a concrete wall by forming a cutting edge without passing through steps of performing drilling for hammering the strong anchor and striking with hammer to fix the strong anchor. A strong anchor includes a bolt rod, a fitting hole(150) which has a screw thread and is formed at the inner side, an inserting projection(160) formed at the outer side, equally spaced cutout grooves(110) formed at the side opposite to the fitting hole and the insertion projection, a piece(130) closely adhering to an expanding part of the bolt rod, and an anchor cap(170) having a cutting edge formed on the top face of the adhering piece so as to form a mounting hole at a ceiling surface, wall or ground surface.
