A peak code allocating method using a segmentation technique includes a first step(S10) of collecting an operating sound or a vibrating signal generated when a mechanism operates, a step(S20) of fast-Fourier-transforming the frequency of the operating sound or vibrating signal to indicate the level of the frequency, a step(S30) of confirming whether peaks are located at FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) cells, finding a peak position having the largest peak value and deciding the peak position as a maximum peak value, a step(S40) of indicating the level of the fast-Fourier-transformed frequency on a normal graph, a step(S50) of finding a peak having the largest value from peaks located in a horizontal axis section of the normal graph and deciding the peak as a section peak value, a step(S60) of indicating F which represents the frequency is analyzed to obtain a code, a step(S70) of indicating Y together with the number of segments of the vertical axis of the normal graph, a step(S80) of representing vertical axis coordinates of a normal cell at which the section peak value is located as integers, and a step(S90) of indicating the maximum peak value as numerals.
