A marketing method for constructing a cultural community in a Saemangeum region having a special property is provided to notify of the world's largest reclaimed land Saemangeum, to make people wish to experience tourism infrastructure around the Saemangeum region and to step on the reclaimed land at least once. Rock festivals, environment forums, and various cultural events are configured to construct a cultural community in a Saemangeum region having a special property. A basis for international festivals is set for the world's largest reclaimed land through marketing. International tourism complex infrastructure is constructed, and forums are held by inviting world's famous musicians and renowned scholars. Through formation of an international tourism complex in the Saemangeum region, international cultural festivals are held to build a worldwide landmark.
