SWEET WITH NICE TASTE KUZU VINE TEA AND SWEET KUZU VINE WATER

A spicy and sweet leached arrowroot tea composition, and a method for preparing the composition are provided to provide a tea of low calorie by using no fructose and millet jelly. A spicy and sweet leached arrowroot tea composition comprises the raw arrowroot 70~60 wt%, black bean 15~25 wt%, Glycyrrhizae Radix 10~5 wt%, and stevioside or aspartame 5~10 wt%. Preferably the arrowroot, the black bean and the Glycyrrhizae Radix are parched at a different parching temperature in an iron pot, respectively.
