A portable automatic TIG(tungsten inert gas) welding apparatus is provided to enable a user to maintain/mount/separate a welding component for the automatic TIG welding apparatus and minimize a radius of rotation for the automatic TIG welding apparatus when the user operates the automatic TIG welding apparatus. A portable automatic TIG(tungsten inert gas) welding apparatus comprises the following units. An operation rail assembly(100) includes a ring shaped operation rail(110) fixed along a circumference of a steel pipe(P). A carriage(200) combined with an outer side of the operation rail moves along the circumference of the steel pipe. A welding torch(370) and a welding wire(241) rotate in an opposite direction so that the steel pipe is welded bidirectionally.
