A manufacturing method of an RuAl intermetallic compound having high density and a single-phased by using a power metallurgy progress is provided to make the RuAl intermetallic compound without having an Ru-rich-shaped and impurities rapidly. A manufacturing method of an RuAl intermetallic compound having high density and a single-phased by using a power metallurgy progress comprises the following steps of: mixing Ru and Al having the atom content of 50%(S1); manufacturing power mixture; filling and pressurizing the mixed powder in a mold set(S2); setting the filled mold set in a hot press device or a spark plasma sintering device(S3); manufacturing a sintered body; and performing a process on the surface of the sintered body after separating the manufactured sintered body with the mold(S4).
