A ball joint and a ball joint assembling process are provided to simplify the assembling work of a ball joint by removing the step for doping a lubricant on an inner surface of a ball sheet and a spherical surface of a ball stud. A ball joint includes a ball stud(100) serving as a spherical joint, and a ball sheet(200) formed of engineering plastic having self-lubricating characteristics for reducing the frictional moment of the ball stud, wherein the ball stud is surrounded by the ball sheet.
