A torch head copper wire welding method of the carbonicanid gas welding machine and a connection structure thereof are provided to improve the conductivity by delivering a current to the torch head through a copper wire and copper pipe. A torch head copper wire welding method of the carbonicanid gas welding machine comprises a first inserting step for inserting a hose connecting tube to a copper pipe or the inner circumference of copper pipe one end(S1); a first welding step for welding one end of the copper pipe and a torch head with the silver solder(S2); a first compression step inserting the copper wire to the other end of the copper pipe in order to fix it(S3); a second welding step for welding the copper wire and the copper pipe with the silver solder(S4); and a second inserting step inserting a gas nipple to the copper pipe inside and inserting a rubber hose to the other end of the pipe(S5).
