A meta-learning system, a method of teaching a writing skill by using the same and a method of teaching a language skill by using the same are provided to check a writing result of a testee and error generated during a writing process, thereby enabling basic diagnosis and correction with regard to error of the testee. An analysis system(100) generates test data per a writing process and movement frequency data per a writing process and converts a thinking process generating test data into a text to generate protocol analysis information. A diagnosis system(200) generates diagnosis information per a process based on the test data and the protocol analysis information. An education system(300) outputs meta correction data and meta discussion data corresponding to the weakest writing skill process based on the diagnosis information per a process.
