Acryl watertight agent and ferroconcrete structure repairing and reinforcing method using the same are provided that the high elastic hardening material of low viscosity is formed and the hardening time can be controlled. A ferroconcrete structure repairing and reinforcing method using acryl watertight agent comprises following steps: a step cleaned after the copper coil removal of the expansion joint(12) of the existing tunnel(10); a step for sealing the water after removing the expansion joint partially with the hammer drill; a step of determining the location of the grouting injector of the expansion joint; a step of setting up valve apparatus; a step that the injection completion injects until the injection completion of watertight agent is sensed in the detection sensor; a step of injecting acryl watertight agent; a step curing for 24 hours after the acryl watertight agent is injected; a step of organizing the injection packer cut rear surface; a step of setting up the copper coil in the surface; a step of finishing and organizing.
